TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Ihdina.org ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital content, educational courses, training programs, events, and physical merchandise ("Products and Services"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any Products and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Access & Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • We have assumed and commit to preserving your information in accordance with industry standards as outlined in our privacy policy.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Digital Products & Services (No Refunds Policy)

Due to the nature of digital content (e.g., courses, downloadable materials, webinars), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Digital downloads, online courses, or subscription-based content.
  • Completed or partially accessed educational materials.
  • Events (live or recorded), unless canceled by us.

Exceptions: Refund requests may be considered, at our sole discretion, in exceptional cases (e.g., technical failure preventing access, duplicate purchases). Requests must be submitted in writing within fourteen [14] days of purchase.

4. Physical Merchandise (Limited Returns)

  • Returns/exchanges for physical products are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
  • You must notify us within [14] days of delivery and provide proof (e.g., photos/video).
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
  • No returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or improper use.

5. Events & Live Sessions

  • Tickets for live events/webinars are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by us.
  • Recordings may be provided if you miss a session, but no refunds will be issued.

6. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

  • Refund requests must be submitted to admin@ihdina.org for review.
  • Initiating a chargeback/dispute without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action to recover fees.

7. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products and Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, whereby any disputes will be resolved.
